With our cross-industry background, extensive knowledge and experience in completion, intervention and integrity operations, coupled with expertise in design engineering and manufacturing, Wellvene are positioned to understand and evaluate our customers operational requirements.  We can then offer a concept to completion service that includes 3D conceptual modelling for each project. This allows for in-depth conceptual feasibility reviews to be completed prior to committing to the manufacture of a prototype or finished product.

The company has grown through the acquisition and integration of several companies: including Logan Oil Tools, Tercel Oilfield Products, Top-Co Inc, Choice Completion Systems and World Oil Tools.

The acquisition of these companies provides Rubicon with products and expertise in fishing & intervention, well constructions, drilling, completions and abandonment.

Established in 2015 to modernise and reposition Hydraulic Workover and Snubbing as a viable and cost-efficient option for Well Operations,  WellGear has gone from strength to strength successfully completing a number of challenging operations on land in Continental Europe, Offshore UKCS, Offshore Dutch Sector and Offshore Africa.

In 2018, WellGear successfully completed the UK's first live well snubbing operation in 5 years with zero recordable HSE incidents.

In 2019, WellGear will complete P&A activities on three different platforms for three different Operators along with an ongoing significant conductor recovery work scope.

WellGear aim to be the leading supplier of Hydraulic Workover, Snubbing and P&A services.  Providing a high quality all-encompassing service from project concept to project execution.
